350g berries of choice – either fresh or frozen then thawed.
1 cup of milk
1 cup of yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup of chia seeds
DIRECTIONS
Place berries, milk, yoghurt, vanilla essence and honey in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds and stir through berry mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir after 1 hour to redistribute chia seeds.
