Dana has a wealth of experience in business strategy, marketing and international licensing and has worked in both the commercial and non-profit sectors. With a passion for good nutrition, health and well being she has recently moved from the role as General Manager at Coeliac New Zealand to lead the strategic expansion of our Crossed Grain Logo and Dining out Programmes - and will be responsible for growing our national Coeliac Awareness Week and stakeholder engagement activities.
Fred, originally from Singapore, joins Coeliac NZ with many years of experience in accounts, office and event management. He brings more than 30 years of working experience across a diverse range of industries. In NZ, he has worked for a charitable trust handling their accounts, membership and office management. He sees the similarity between this charitable trust and Coeliac NZ and believes he will be able to contribute effectively to the organisation.
Wendy has worked as a CEO in the not-for-profit sector since 2007 and has many years in business and project management prior to that.  Wendy is a sound strategic thinker and great communicator who likes to create a positive working environment where staff feel supported and empowered. She values others’ contributions and sees real strength in collaboration. Wendy is looking forward to increasing community awareness of coeliac disease and providing support for CNZ’s members and stakeholders.
Lisa has extensive health promotion, community development and project management experience as well as delivering self-management education programmes for those with chronic conditions. She has worked with all ages from ECE to older people and has experience in local government, primary healthcare, public health, regional sports trust, community and school sectors. She is passionate to support Coeliac NZ deliver its vision for people with Coeliac Disease to live healthy lives.
Suzanne is a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years’ experience in primary care. She has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations using a holistic approach to wellbeing as part of a wider clinical team. She has a management background with a passion for providing exceptional clinical care, improving health inequities, and increasing access to services. She will support the team at Coeliac New Zealand with the roll out of the Dining out Programme as well as providing education, support, and awareness for those living with coeliac disease.
