
Dana brings extensive experience in business strategy, sales and marketing, and international licensing, gained across both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. With a strong passion for good nutrition, health, and wellbeing, Dana, in her role as Sales and Marketing Manager, leads the strategic growth and commercial expansion of the Crossed Grain Logo and Dining Out Programmes, drives national sales and partnership development, and oversees marketing initiatives including Coeliac Awareness Week and broader stakeholder engagement activities.

Fred, originally from Singapore, joins Coeliac NZ with many years of experience in accounts, office and event management. He brings more than 30 years of working experience across a diverse range of industries. In NZ, he has worked for a charitable trust handling their accounts, membership and office management. He sees the similarity between this charitable trust and Coeliac NZ and believes he will be able to contribute effectively to the organisation.

Natalie has an extensive leadership background in the not-for-profit sector and currently serves as CEO of Mapura, an arts charity that empowers individuals through creative therapy. Previously, Natalie held senior roles including Head of Fundraising at Coastguard and Director of Development at the Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra, where she led impactful initiatives and built strong community connections. Natalie is enthusiastic to join an organisation that is personally meaningful to her and looks forward to making a positive contribution to Coeliac New Zealand. She brings both professional expertise and personal passion to the role, with lived experience of following a strict gluten-free diet and a deep understanding of the coeliac community.

Georgia is a NZ Registered Dietitian with a passion for nutrition and health. Her journey began in her parents' bakeries, where she developed a deep appreciation for the vital role food plays in our well-being. With strong clinical experience, Georgia is excited to take on the role of health promotion and dietary education at Coeliac New Zealand. She looks forward to supporting CNZ with their mission to enhance diagnosis support and strengthen referral pathways through consistent, evidence-based messaging.
