Ingredients:

Chia Seed Pudding (this makes more than you require, but keeps well in the fridge)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/8 tsp cardamon (optional)
a good pinch of grated nutmeg (optional)
In a bowl stir together all ingredients with a fork. Let it rest for 5 minutes and stir again breaking up any clumps.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
HOT TIP: Layer up the fruit with this dessert creation. You can mix and match between fruit combinations including strawberry or mango. We also suggest adding extra fresh fruit on top of the bowl with a drizzle of honey.
