INGREDIENTS
100g dried gluten free pasta
Drizzle of olive oil
1/3 cup of frozen peas
1/3 cup of frozen corn
1/3 cup grated cheese
1 tsp pesto (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta as per instructions on packet. Drain then add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent pasta sticking.
- Add peas and corn to pot of boiling water. Cook for 2 to 3 mins or until tender. Drain and mix through the drained pasta.
- Cool then mix through grated cheese and pesto if adding.
