Healtheries Bliss Balls

Ingredients

½ cup dried pitted dates
½ cup cranberries
2 Tbsp Healtheries White or Black Chia Seeds
½ cup cashew nuts
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp cocoa powder*
2 Tbsp soaking water from the dates and cranberries
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
50g Healtheries 99% Sugar
Free Dark Chocolate BakingBits
Desiccated coconut, Freezedried raspberry powder or Cocoa powder to roll the balls in.

Directions

  1. Soak the dates and cranberries in recently boiled water for 10 minutes and then squeeze out thoroughly reserving the soaking water.
  1. Place the squeezed fruit and all of the remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined and the mixture stays together when rolled between your fingers.
  1. Using a tablespoon, roll into balls and then coat in either coconut, freeze-dried aspberries or cocoa.
  1. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
