Grainy GF Toast with Cottage Cheese, Grated Carrot and Chives


  • 1-2 slices of grainy GF bread
  • 30g cottage cheese
  • 1/2 a small carrot grated
  • 1 tsp of chives – chopped
  • Cracked pepper – to taste


  1. Toast bread.
  2. While bread is toasting, grate carrot and chop chives.
  3. Mix through the cottage cheese. Season with cracked pepper.
  4. Spread over toast.
