Ingredients
2 cups Almond milk (unsweetened)
2 large Bananas (frozen)
3 Dates (fresh)
1 dash vanilla
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add a dash of cinnamon for a warm dessert-like flavour, or add three kale leaves (stems removed) to boost alkalinity and increase your vitamin and mineral intake for the day.
