Ingredients:
- 120g pitted dates
- 1 cup Kellogg’s® GF Special K®
- ⅓ cup cacao protein powder
- 3 tbsp unsalted nut butter (peanut, almond, macadamia, etc)
- Pinch of salt
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- Extra chopped nuts, crushed Kellogg’s® GF Special K® cereal or desiccated coconut to decorate
Method
- Combine dates, Special K Gluten Free cereal, and protein powder into a food processor or blender and mix through
- Place the mixture into a large bowl and add the nut butter, salt, and vanilla and stir until combined. Add a little water if needed to mix into a dough
- Scoop out 12 portions and roll them into balls. Cover with chopped nuts, Special K cereals, or coconut
- Store in the drive for optimum freshness for up to 7 days
