INGREDIENTS
Any cooked fruit in season or tinned/frozen fruit
150g GF self-raising flour/baking mix
85g butter
125g caster sugar
1 large egg
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon GF baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix using an electric beater. Gradually increase mixer to maximum speed and beat for 1 minute.
- Put fruit into the bottom of a greased casserole dish and pour mixture over the top
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes
