Flower Sandwiches

Ingredients

7 slices of GF bread
Pesto
7 Cherry Tomatoes (sliced into 3)
Microgreens for garnish
Flower Cookie Cutter

Directions

  1. Use cookie cutter to make 3 flower shapes out of each slice of bread.
  2. Spread each flower with pesto and top with a slice of tomato.
  3. Garnish with micro greens.
