Ingredients
- 2 to 3 corn cakes
- 2-3 slices of cucumber
- 1x 95g flavoured tinned tuna
- 1/4 C Sweet corn (optional)
- Cracked black pepper.
Method
- Spread tuna across corn cakes.
- Add sliced cucumber/sweet corn.
- Season with cracked black pepper.
Other vegetable toppings could include sliced radishes or tomatoes.
