Berry Chia Pudding


350g berries of choice – either fresh or frozen then thawed.
1 cup of milk
1 cup of yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup of chia seeds


  1. Place berries, milk, yoghurt, vanilla essence and honey in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add chia seeds and stir through berry mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir after 1 hour to redistribute chia seeds.
