INGREDIENTS:
2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
2 large bananas (frozen)
3 dates (fresh)
1 dash vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add a dash of cinnamon for a warm dessert-like flavour, or add three kale leaves (stems removed) to boost your vitamin and mineral intake for the day.
- Serve with wholegrain GF toast spread with crunchy peanut butter
