Vanilla, Almond & Date Smoothie and Toast with Crunchy Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
2 large bananas (frozen)
3 dates (fresh)
1 dash vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add a dash of cinnamon for a warm dessert-like flavour, or add three kale leaves (stems removed) to boost your vitamin and mineral intake for the day.
  3. Serve with wholegrain GF toast spread with crunchy peanut butter
