Raspberry & Coconut Parfait

Instructions

2 large frozen bananas
​1 ½ cups of frozen raspberries
​5 Tbsp of your favourite nut milk
​½ cup of Hello Raw Raspberry and Coconut Granola
​⅓ cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut

Directions
1. Blend the frozen bananas in a food processor with 2 Tb of nut milk, adding more if needed.
2. When blended scoop out ⅔ of the mixture and then add the raspberries and blend with nut milk.
3. In a glass, layer the granola, coconut, a few berries and some white mixture, then repeat with the pink mixture until you have piled the glass high, finished with raspberries, coconut and our Raspberry and Coconut Granola!
