Gluten-free Mousetraps

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of vegemite
1 teaspoon of butter (optional)
2 slices of GF bread
4 slices of cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lightly toast the bread
  2. Spread with butter (optional)
  3. Spread evenly with vegemite
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Put under the grill until cheese starts to bubble
