Ingredients
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 ½ cups of frozen raspberries
- 5 Tbs. of your favourite nut milk
- ½ cup of Hello Raw Raspberry and Coconut Granola
- ⅓ cup of unsweetened desiccated coconut
Method
- Blend the frozen bananas in a food processor with 2 Tb of nut milk, adding more if needed.
- When blended scoop out ⅔ of the mixture and then add the raspberries and blend with nut milk.
- In a glass layer the granola, coconut, a few berries and some white mixture, then repeat with the pink mixture until you have piled the glass high, finished with raspberries, coconut and our Raspberry and Coconut Granola!
