Ploughmans Gluten Free is delighted to sponsor Coeliac New Zealand's gluten-free food demonstration at this year’s Gluten Free Food Festival and to partner with Two Raw Sisters as part of the event programme. Taking place at the Lincoln Event Centre in Christchurch on 10–11 April 2026, the Festival is a much-anticipated event on the gluten-free calendar, bringing the community together for two days of connection, inspiration and great food.

Two Raw Sisters are known for their practical, feel-good approach to food, creating recipes that are simple, satisfying and designed for real life. Their practical approach to cooking makes them a natural fit for showcasing the versatility of Ploughmans Gluten Free bread, with a focus on ideas that are achievable and enjoyable at home.

On Saturday11 April, Two Raw Sisters will host a live food demonstration featuring two recipes made using Ploughmans Gluten Free bread. The session will share approachable everyday ideas that attendees can confidently recreate in their own kitchens, whether for quick lunches, family meals or entertaining friends. Following the demonstration, there will be a Q&A with Margo Rosa, offering attendees the opportunity to ask questions and gain further insights. All participants will also receive two weeks’ complimentary access to the Two Raw Sisters app.

Ploughmans Gluten Free offers a range of breads that are dairy-free, high in fibre and accredited with the Crossed Grain Logo, by Coeliac New Zealand. Known for their great taste and texture, the range is designed to help make everyday gluten-free choices feel easier and more enjoyable. For many in the community, finding bread that delivers on both flavour and texture can make a meaningful difference day to day. The packaging across the range is also soft plastic recyclable.

Across both days of the Festival, visitors are invited to stop by the Ploughmans Gluten Free stand to sample the range and purchase products on site. New members joining Coeliac New Zealand at the event will also receive a voucher for a free loaf of Ploughmans Gluten Free bread from the Coeliac NZ stand.

There will also be giveaways during each workshop, as well as during the Two Raw Sisters food demonstration, giving attendees further opportunities to engage throughout the weekend.
