Men’s Health Month also known as Movember, is an annual event that takes place in November. It is a time when men put down their razors for the month of November to raise awareness of men's mental and physical health including suicide prevention, and prostate and testicular cancer research. You can support Men's health in the following ways:
- Grow a Mo! Growing a Mo is like a symbol representing healthier men and so everyone you walk past knows men’s health matters to you.
- Move for Mental Health Run or walk 60 km and cover the distance in one go or over the month. Move is how Mo remembers the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour. To take part sign up here.
- Host a Mo-ment! Get your supporters, friends, family, and or followers around and host an event to raise awareness and funds for Men’s health. This could be putting on a gluten-free lunch or gluten-free sausage sizzle to support the coeliac men in your life.
