Gluten Free Food Festival; Auckland

At the heart of the Gluten Free Food Festival is the belief that gluten-free living should be exciting, delicious, and fulfilling. Every vendor on site is 100% gluten-free, with some carrying the trusted Coeliac New Zealand crossed-grain logo accreditation. And to make sure your festival experience is safe and stress-free, we have rigorous safety measures in place:

  1. Careful Exhibitor Vetting
All exhibitors must submit detailed information about their products, ingredients, and food-handling practices. Applications are thoroughly reviewed, and only those meeting our strict safety standards are approved.
  2. Mandatory Gluten-Free Food Safety Training
Every exhibitor completes Coeliac New Zealand’s Gluten Free Food Safety training, covering everything from identifying hidden sources of gluten to preventing cross-contamination.
  3. Proven Safe Providers
We prioritise vendors with a strong track record of providing safe gluten-free food to the community.
  4. NEW for 2025 — On-Site Safety Checks
Before opening, exhibitors undergo comprehensive inspections by Coeliac New Zealand on setup day. This ensures safe preparation and serving practices are in place from the very start.

We want you to feel confident that everything at the festival is safe for you to enjoy — so you can focus on tasting, shopping, learning, and connecting.
