Online Gluten Free Training


Titled Gluten Free Food: Preparing and delivering safe choices, our training course is available online for your convenience and is designed to educate catering professionals working in the private, health and education sectors. The course is relevant for both kitchen and front of house catering staff who are preparing or serving meals for customers requiring gluten free options.

The course takes between 60-90 minutes to complete and has the advantage of:

  • Being completed on any device via internet 
  • Being completed all in one go or in bite sized chunks 
  • Being awarded a professional certificate on completion

On completion of the course you will understand:
